Houston, MO. – A man from Success, MO, has become injured and is recovering after an accident on Monday, November 14th.
The crash occurred when a 2007 Ford Sport Trac that was moving Westbound on Highway 38, struck a deer in the roadway roughly seven miles West of Houston.
The driver, a 71-year-old man from Success named Russell Garrison, sustained moderate injuries in the collision. He was wearing his safety device. Garrison was afterward transported to Texas County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
This accident was investigated by Master Sergeant D.B. Pounds of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G.
