According to Sports Business Journal, this year’s Chiefs-Bills AFC title game drew the biggest ratings ever, with 57.4 million tuning in, topping last year’s AFC championship record when 55.5 million watched the Chiefs and Ravens. Nearly 2 million viewers topped that number on Sunday. Only the 2009 Saints-Vikings NFC title game had more viewers than Sunday. During the divisional round, ratings were at a four-year low, but the Chiefs win over the Texans was the highest-rated game ever on ESPN just over 33 million watched that game.
