The Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce that the Spirit of 1776 Patriotic Program will once again perform on July 4th at 11:00 (at the conclusion of the parade) at the Historic Star Theatre.
For 16 years this fantastic show celebrating the freedoms we enjoy and honoring the veterans who helped bring us those freedoms has been produced by Jane Bailey of Willow Springs. Jane has worked tirelessly to promote and produce this program and coordinate the multiple historic characters who not only participate in the parade but make up a large portion of this program. This year Jane is working with Wendy & Avery Parker to continue this program and train a new producer(s) so this valuable program will continue.
Immediately following the parade make your way to the comfortable seating and air-conditioning of the Historic Star Theatre in Willow Springs to be entertained by a multitude of historic characters as well as Uncle Sam himself who will act as our Emcee. We will also take a moment to honor our veterans who we owe so much to.
If you are a veteran, please make plans to attend, make yourself known and we will have a special place to seat all our veterans.
