Fulton County, AR – A man from Fulton County has been arrested and charged with one count of rape, following an investigation conducted jointly by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office and the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Division.
According to a news release from Fulton County Sheriff Jake Smith, 41-year-old Christopher Lee Hendricks, of Gepp, was taken into custody on July 3, 2025, after an investigation was opened on June 26, 2025, and is currently being held on a $500,000 bond. Authorities identified Hendricks as a former sex offender.
Hendricks made his initial court appearance on Monday, July 7, 2025, at Fulton County Circuit Court. Appearing alongside his attorney, Matt Dellinger, the accused entered a plea of not guilty and waived the formal arraignment process. The court has scheduled a pretrial hearing for December 15, with a potential jury trial set to be held between January 28 and 30, 2026.
