According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crash Report a five vehicle collision accident occurred at the south edge of Hannibal, Missouri when a medical condition prevented a 2016 Peterbilt from stopping at a traffic signal.
The Peterbilt struck a 2019 Kia Sportage causing the Kia to collide with three other vehicles who were all stopped at the red light.

Three people sustained minor injuries including a 19-year-old male from Mountain Grove who was a passenger in one of the vehicles.
