HOEC will have a planned power outage, tomorrow, Wednesday, Aug. 20, beginning at 8:30 a.m. for approximately 4 hours for 405 members out of the Dora Substation. We will be performing system improvements and to do them safely will need to de-energize the lines.
These improvements will allow us to continue to provide you with the reliable electricity you have come to expect.
