MELBOURNE, Ark. – Sheriff Charley Melton has released the weekly incarceration report for the Izard County Sheriff’s Office, covering arrests made between August 25 and September 6, 2025. The following individuals were booked into the county jail during that time. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Paige Ashura, 32, of Pineville – arrested August 25 for public intoxication.

Mary Nierman, 37, of Salem – arrested August 26 on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for two counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Alison Ogilvie, 61, of Mount Pleasant – arrested August 26 on a district court warrant for failure to pay fines.

Cheyenne Mansfield, 21, of Williford – arrested August 27 on a circuit court warrant for financial identity fraud and theft of property.

Shayla Blocker, 31, of Horseshoe Bend – arrested August 28 for probation violations.

Tony Forehand, 62, of Melbourne – arrested August 29 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Blom, 39, of Horseshoe Bend – arrested September 2 for driving on a suspended driver’s license.

James Meeks, 42, of Oxford – arrested September 2 on a circuit court warrant for terroristic threatening and driving on a suspended license. He was also charged with two additional counts of terroristic threatening in district court. Meeks additionally has a felony warrant out of Howell County, Missouri, for first-degree harassment.

James Simpson, 67, of Calico Rock – arrested September 2 for third-degree assault.

Meade Goode, 40, of Salem – arrested September 3 on a district court warrant for failure to appear.

Lisa Allard, 57, of Horseshoe Bend – arrested September 4 on a Sharp County warrant for failure to appear, failure to pay fines, and probation violations.

Devin Cossey, 33, of Franklin – arrested September 4 for breaking or entering and theft of property.

Cacia Woody, 34, of Franklin – arrested September 4 for breaking or entering and theft of property.

Remington Lee, 19, of Melbourne – arrested September 4 for speeding, underage DUI, possession of alcohol by a minor, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.

David Flynn, 34, of Horseshoe Bend – arrested September 6 on a Fulton County warrant for failure to appear and failure to pay.
