The National Weather Service in Springfield has released their latest drought report. The report outlines that despite rain we received in the area a few weeks ago, conditions have remained dry and drought has returned once more.
Most of the listening area is currently in a D2 severe drought, with some pockets and areas instead being in a D1 or D0.

Currently, projections over the next three months convey that conditions will likely persist or possible worsen.
