From Ozark Action:
Good News!
• Clients across all counties continue to receive assistance through our West Plains office.
• A small allocation of funding is allowing us to bring back some furloughed staff to assist clients.
• Beginning Monday, October 20, the West Plains Central Office lobby will be open Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Head Start and Early Head Start are fully funded and fully operational.
• Rental Assistance, Workforce, and Homeless Assistance programs remain fully operational.
• Weatherization services continue at a reduced production schedule.
The Not-So-Good News:
• County Outreach Offices remain closed at this time. You can still reach us by calling any of our county offices—calls and mail are being temporarily forwarded to the West Plains office.
We remain dedicated to providing quality service to our friends and neighbors across the Ozarks.
