Low-interest fixed rate SBA disaster loans to help homeowners, renters, non-agricultural producing businesses, small agricultural cooperatives and most private nonprofits are available to those affected by the March 30-April 8, 2025 federally declared disaster in the following counties: Bollinger, Butler, Cape Girardeau, Carter, Cooper, Dunklin, Howell, Iron, Mississippi, New Madrid, Oregon, Ozark, Reynolds, Ripley, Scott, Shannon, Stoddard, Vernon, Washington, and Wayne.
