On 12/16/2025 Devin Hicks, age 26 of Ava, was arrested by Deputy Jonathan Harley after a joint investigation with Children’s Division and the Child Advocacy Center.
A warrant was issued for 2 counts of Child Molestation in the 2nd Degree and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Bond was set at $25,000 cash only.
