Ava, MO. – A 39-year-old Ava man is looking at 3 separate felony charges after being arrested for a domestic assault that reportedly took place last week.
According to the probably cause affidavit, Sean Mason caused several visible injuries to a female victim while she was carrying their infant child, as well as took her phone and unplugged the wifi router to prevent outside communication.

Mason was taken in initially on a 24-hour investigation, and is now facing three felonies, 2nd Degree Domestic Assault, 1st Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Attempt to Tamper with a Victim in a Felony Prosecution.
