Sonya is a beagle/pit mix looking for a home through Ozarks Pet Rescue in West Plains. She is a sweet girl with a big personality. Would do best in a home with a wide -open fence and a family that likes to stay active.

Sonya is:
Fully house & potty trained
Up to date on all vaccinations, including rabies
Good with cats
Good with other dogs (she LOVES to play!)
Has improved on leash walking — treats help, especially around other dogs
Can be left home for a few hours once she’s comfortable
She is definitely a higher-energy girl, so she’ll need structure, activity, and someone committed to continuing her progress. She just wants to play, run, and be part of a family.
We’re unsure how she does with livestock, as she hasn’t been around them.
