Memorial Services for Leonard Leatherwood, Age 72 of Pomona, Missouri will be held on Saturday, March 7th, 2026 at The Fowler Chapel, Caulfield, Missouri, beginning at 2 PM.

Leonard Lee Leatherwood, born December 23 1953, of Pomona Missouri, passed away suddenly on Sunday February 22 2026, at the age of 72.
Leonard was a loving and devoted husband and father. He was a beacon of light, to everyone that knew him. His Big Heart and Big Smile impacted anyone that he encountered, and he didn’t know a stranger. Leonard was a very hard worker his whole life. Leonard was kind and generous and would never turn down anyone at any moment that needed help. To the very end, Leonard was always a God Fearing Man and had a never ending love for God. Leonard devoted his whole life to his wife and children, who were his world. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Leonard is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Coleta Ann Leatherwood; their children , Reuben Lee Leatherwood(Keri) of Agnes Texas, Derek Lynn Leatherwood, Aaron Lamar Leatherwood(Nesa) of Pomona Missouri, and Ashton Elizabeth Leatherwood of Illinois; their grandchildren, Levi, Daren, Lexi, Caysen, and Rinoa Leatherwood; His Mother Julia Leatherwood; His 2 sisters, Ruby Lou Carnley, and Judy Yates. He was Preceded in death by his Father, Ray Donald Leatherwood; and his brother Billy Ray Leatherwood.
