Memorial Services for Edward David Wedemeyer, Age 57 of Ava, Missouri will be held on Saturday, March 21st, 2026 at The Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, Missouri beginning at 2:00 PM. Visitation will precede the service, beginning at 1PM.
Edward David Wedemeyer, 57 years, 2 months, and 17 days old, passed away on, March 14, 2026, at his home.
Edward was born December 28, 1968, in Laramie, Wyoming, to David and Nellie (Davis) Wedemeyer.
Edward moved to many locations with his family and had a trail of friends along the way. He became a truck driver where he created memories and friendships. Later, he found a rewarding career in healthcare.
He was very patriotic, loved his country, and honored his time in the Navy.
Edward loved the outdoors, camping, fishing, and hunting. He was a talented artist and loved having new experiences in life.
His family meant a lot to him, and he was much loved by his nieces and nephews.
Edward was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Robert Wedemeyer.
Edward is survived by his siblings and their spouses, Kenneth and Lisa Wedemeyer, James Wedemeyer, Donna and Joe Souza, Keith and Melantha Wedemeyer, Kimberly Ragland, and Dyna and Martin Nelson; many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
