Funeral Services for Patricia Stiles, Age 87 of Salem, Arkansas will be held on Thursday, May 7th, 2026 at The Doty Family Funeral Home, Salem, Arkansas, beginning at 2:00 PM. Visitation will precede the service, beginning at 1:30 PM.
Patricia “Patty” Ann Bonds Stiles, 87, of Salem, Arkansas, passed away, Thursday, April 30, 2026, in Salem, Arkansas.
She was born on June 28, 1938, in Longview, Texas, to the late Drennon Madison Bonds and Evalyna Elledge Hiley. Patty was united in marriage to the late William “Will Ed” Edwin Stiles on July 21, 1984, in Helena, Arkansas. She and Will Ed owned and operated many businesses including Stiles Discount Grocery which she retired from. Patty enjoyed working, whether at her businesses or outside in the yard and garden. She spent years in the grain dryer, storage business and scrap yard business and even had her pilot license. Patty enjoyed playing games, eating out and playing jokes on people.
Patty is survived by her daughter, Angela Northrup and husband James; stepchildren, Dean Stiles, Stephen Stiles and Marilyn Stiles Snow; son-in-law, Pete Lawrence; grandchildren, David Wayne Bryant, II and wife Kristy, Christopher Aaron Bryant, Laura Elizabeth Smith and husband Paul, Johnny Duggins and wife Teri, Jennifer McDerman and Cara Cochran; 20 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; daughters, Leslie Lawrence and Shelly Kay Topp; baby son; stepson, Raymond Stiles; parents; brother, Franklin Bonds and sister, Mary Gail Hiley-Eldridge.
