IZARD COUNTY, Ark. — The Izard County Sheriff’s Office released its weekly incarceration report for the period ending March 30, 2026, detailing recent arrests in the county.
According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were taken into custody:
Jessie Brem, 37, of Mountain View, was arrested March 23 on a warrant issued by Izard County District Court for failure to pay fines.
Lisa Cooper, 60, of Batesville, was arrested March 23 on charges of driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a chemical test, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Briauna Moses-Soehlman, 29, of Batesville, was arrested March 25 for parole violations.
Hector Villanueva, 27, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested March 27 on charges of third-degree domestic battery and possession of a controlled substance.
Trace Cossey, 29, of Oxford, was arrested March 28 on a charge of third-degree domestic battery.
Wyatt Means, 24, of Salem, was arrested March 29 and is being held pending formal charges related to a driving while intoxicated accident and theft of property.
All charges are allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
