IZARD COUNTY, Ark. —The Izard County Sheriff’s Office released a summary of arrests made so far in December, according to Sheriff Charley Melton.
Sheriff Melton reported the following individuals have been incarcerated during the month. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Andrew Harkreader, 36, of Mountain Home, was arrested Dec. 1 on a warrant issued by the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Brenton McCurley, 57, of Wideman, was arrested Dec. 1 for probation violations.
Sarah Teeter, 39, of Salem, was arrested Dec. 2 for possession of drug paraphernalia and on a failure to appear warrant issued out of Baxter County. Teeter also has a parole hold.
Jesse May Jr., 23, of Pineville, was arrested Dec. 2 for reckless driving, driving while intoxicated, and fleeing in a vehicle.
Tiffany Holt, 43, of Tyronza, was arrested Dec. 4 pending formal charges related to possession of a controlled substance and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.
Cody McFall, 37, of Melbourne, was arrested Dec. 4 pending formal charges related to possession of a controlled substance, possession of firearms by a certain person, and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.
Brianna Lunsford, 28, of Melbourne, was arrested Dec. 4 for probation violations.
Michael Heath, 58, of Ash Flat, was arrested Dec. 5 on a warrant issued by the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Kenneth Harmon, 57, of Franklin, was arrested Dec. 11 for no driver’s license, no liability insurance, failure to register a vehicle, driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jimmy Griggs, 68, of Salem, was arrested Dec. 11 on a warrant issued by the Izard County Circuit Court for a petition to revoke probation.
Danielle Griggs, 42, of Salem, was arrested Dec. 11 on a warrant issued by the Izard County Circuit Court for a petition to revoke probation.
Desmond Nieto, 46, of Batesville, was arrested Dec. 11 for driving on a suspended license and no proof of insurance.
