SALEM, Ark. — The following is the current Fulton County inmate roster as of Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
Zachery Lynn West, 40, of Jonesboro, was arrested on September 16 and charged with aggravated assault on a family or household member, first-degree domestic battery, first-degree criminal mischief, and felony with a firearm. His bond was set at $100,000, with a court date of September 22 in Fulton County Circuit Court.
Jeffrey Norwood Mason, 46, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on September 16 and charged with first-degree terroristic threatening, second-degree battery, aggravated assault on a family or household member, and habitual offender. His bond was set at $100,000, with a court date of September 22 in Fulton County Circuit Court.
Robert Michael Hedrick, 28, of Mammoth Spring, was arrested on September 16 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, criminal trespass, fleeing, resisting arrest, and public intoxication. His bond was set at $2,605, with a court date of October 28 in Fulton County District Court.
Cody Dale Hulsey, 31, of Salem, was arrested on September 11 and charged with failure to appear and failure to pay fine. His bond was set at $6,496, with a court date of September 30 in Fulton County District Court.
Danielle Brittany Hackwell, 50, of Gepp, was arrested on September 12 and released on September 15. She was charged with third-degree domestic battery.
Leslie Scally, 30, of Branson, Missouri, was arrested on September 13 and released on September 15. She was charged with failure to pay fine, no driver’s license, no vehicle license, and no proof of insurance.
Austin Spencer Patterson, 31, of Ash Flat, was arrested on September 10 and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine or cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and habitual offender. His bond was set at $5,000.
Nicholas Edward Ford, 37, of Mammoth Spring, was arrested on September 9 and charged with maintaining premises/offenses relating to records, use of a communication device, multiple counts of delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine, and delivery of a Schedule I or II controlled substance. His bond was set at $60,000.
Dalton David Partee, 18, of Gassville, was arrested on September 9 and charged with failure to appear. His court date is set for September 22 in Fulton County Circuit Court.
Ronald Lee Adams, 34, of Glencoe, was arrested on September 8 and charged with fleeing, two counts of resisting arrest, aggravated assault, second-degree battery, first-degree terroristic threatening, third-degree domestic battery, public intoxication, unauthorized use of a vehicle, and habitual offender. His bonds were set at $1,495 and $100,000, with court dates scheduled for September 22 in Fulton County Circuit Court and September 30 in Fulton County District Court.
