ASH FLAT, Ark. – The Sharp County Sheriff’s Office has released its weekly incarceration report, according to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson. The following individuals were booked into the Sharp County Jail between September 15 and September 22, 2025.

Kyle Baty, 41, of Hardy – arrested for speeding in a school zone, driving while intoxicated (first offense), refusal to submit to a chemical test, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.

Crystal Beasley, 43, of Brockwell – arrested for failure to pay time pay on no proof of liability insurance (local).

John Boyer, 70, of Hardy – arrested for criminal trespassing.

Chrisie Brooks, 47, of Cave City – arrested for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and third-degree domestic battering.

Lisa Cain, 48, of Cherokee Village – arrested for third-degree domestic battering.

Daniel Collins, 51, of Hardy – arrested for aggravated assault and first-degree terroristic threatening.

Shahul Hameed Veedika, 45, of Dubai – arrested for fleeing, careless/prohibited driving, following too close, and speeding more than 15 miles per hour over the limit.

Michael Hirschler, 37, of Sidney – arrested for rape.

Michelle McMahan, 55, of Cave City – arrested for criminal trespass.

William Rutledge, 20, of Williford – arrested for possession of a controlled substance Schedule III less than 2 grams, possession of Schedule VI less than 4 ounces, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Johnny Sawyer, 50, of Hardy – arrested for failure to appear (misdemeanor) on driving on suspended/revoked driver’s license and no proof of liability insurance (local).

Dakota Wilson, 26, of Ash Flat – arrested for second-degree criminal mischief (damage between $1,000 and $5,000), disorderly conduct, and public intoxication.
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
