MELBOURNE, Ark. — The Izard County Sheriff’s Department has released a list of recent incarcerations for the past week, with arrests ranging from warrants to felony charges.

Adrienne Speak, 42, of Calico Rock, was arrested on August 18, 2025, on a warrant out of Izard County District Court.

Levi Looney, 28, of Melbourne, was arrested on August 21 on a Fulton County warrant for theft of property, breaking or entering, and parole violations. He is also pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance.

Marty Webb, 67, of Mount Pleasant, was arrested on August 25for third-degree domestic battery.
The Sheriff’s Office noted that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
