Featured Pet of the Day – ‘Buckeye’

 

This sweet baby boy is still waiting to find his first-ever home through Ozarks Pet Rescue. Buckeye is one of the last puppies from the litter found tucked inside a tree trunk in West Plains—just waiting for someone to love him.

 

He’s a lovable mix (maybe Pit or Hound—your guess is as good as ours!) and full of goofy, sweet personality. His current foster says Buckeye loves rolling in the grass, playing to his heart’s content, and snuggling like a pro.

 

He’s been through a lot—from surviving the streets to learning what it means to trust a human—and now he’s just looking for someone who will finally give him the love he’s always deserved.

 

Buckeye is great with kids and other dogs, and he’s ready to meet his forever family.
