Saturday night just prior to midnight 20-year-old Ben Manzolillo of Ava was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
He is charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to Drive on the Right Half of the Roadway Resulting in an Accident, No Seatbelt and Minor in Possession of Alcohol by Consumption.

He was taken to the Douglas County Jail.
