A 71-year-old Mountain Grove man sustained moderate injuries in an accident Tuesday morning one-mile west of Mountain Grove on Highway 60.
The accident occurred as he attempted to make a left hand turn in a 2006 Kenworth and was struck from behind by a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox driven by a 50-year-old Norwood man.

The Mountain Grove man was transported to Mercy Hospital in Springfield for treatment of his injuries. The MSHP crash reported indicated that the Norwood man was not injured.
