Fulton County is gearing up for a packed weekend as the 77th Annual Homecoming Festival returns May 22–23, bringing two days of food, music, family activities, and hometown celebration. Hosted by the Salem Arkansas Chamber of Commerce and supported by local sponsors, the long‑running festival continues its tradition of uniting the community with events for all ages.
Festivities kick off Friday evening with the popular fish fry, followed by cornhole games, bounce‑house fun for kids, and a street dance that brings residents and visitors together in the heart of Salem.
Saturday’s schedule begins early with a full lineup of morning activities, including the Apple Pie 5K, the annual parade, and community Bingo. Afternoon events continue the momentum with games, entertainment, and family‑friendly attractions spread throughout the day.
The festival’s grand finale takes place Saturday night at the Fulton County Fairgrounds, where Southern rock favorites The Kentucky Headhunters will perform live. Their appearance is expected to draw a large crowd and cap off the weekend with high‑energy music and hometown spirit.
