A 44-Year-Old West Plains man sustained moderated injuries in a crash on N Highway East of Pomona.
The accident occurred when the 2007 Jeep Liberty he was driving went off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected and went off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree.

He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to Drive on the Right Half of the Roadway, Driving while Revoked and No Insurance.
He was transported to Ozarks Healthcare for Treatment of his injuries.
