West Plains, MO – Country-rock star Aaron Lewis is set to return to the West Plains Civic Center on Tuesday, November 18 at 7:00 p.m., as part of his national “American As It Gets Tour.” The performance marks a highly anticipated reunion with his full band, The Stateliners, making it their first full-band tour together in several years.
Lewis previously performed in West Plains in 2023 during his acoustic “Frayed at Both Ends” tour. This year’s stop will feature the full energy and sound of The Stateliners, promising fans an unforgettable evening of music that blends heartfelt country storytelling with Lewis’ signature edge.
The tour is named after a standout track from Lewis’ latest album, The Hill, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Country Albums Chart in 2024. The record continues his trend of delivering emotionally resonant, traditional country music with a raw, modern twist.
Tickets for the West Plains performance will go on sale Friday, May 23, and can be purchased through Etix.com or by calling 1 (800) 514-3849. Tickets will also be available through the West Plains Civic Center Box Office.
Attendees are encouraged to purchase tickets early, as the event is expected to draw a large crowd.
Aaron Lewis first rose to prominence as the lead vocalist and founding member of the multi-platinum rock band Staind, but his musical roots run deep in traditional country. Born and raised in Vermont, Lewis grew up listening to classic country 8-tracks with his grandparents—an influence that has helped shape his solo career over the past decade and a half.
His solo country discography includes:
-
Town Line (EP, 2011)
-
The Road (2012)
-
Sinner (2016)
-
State I’m In (2019)
-
Frayed at Both Ends (2022), which debuted as the top-selling country album in the U.S.
Lewis has collaborated with country legends including George Jones, Willie Nelson, Charlie Daniels, Alison Krauss, and Vince Gill, establishing himself as a distinctive voice in country music with a traditionalist tone and outlier perspective.
