An accident Friday morning in Oregon County two miles south of Thomasville on Highway 160 injured a 30-year-old Alton woman.
The accident occurred when a 26-year-old Birch Tree man attempted to make a right hand turn in his 2006 Chevy Silverado and the Alton woman failed to slow down striking the truck in the passenger side door.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crash Report the Birch Tree man was not injured. The Alton woman sustained minor injuries and she was taken to Ozarks Healthcare for treatment of her injuries.
