Both Dora Drivers Seriously Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash

Dora, MO. – An Ozark County crash has led to serious injuries being inflicted on both drivers.

Trooper W.A. Wadlington of the Missouri State Highway Patrol was the investigator of this May 25th crash, and was assisted by Trooper C.A. Edens. Location was Highway 5, five miles South of Dora.

Dylan Doverspike, a 20-year-old from Dora, was driving a Pontiac Firebird, and crossed the centerline at around 5pm. This caused him to strike a Hyundai Elantra that was being driven by a 17-year-old female driver who was also from Dora.

Both vehicles were totaled, and both drivers received serious injuries from the crash. Due to the severity of injuries, both drivers were transported via air ambulance services to Cox South in Springfield.
