Celebrate National Trails Day

In celebration of National Trails Day on Saturday, June 7, the Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) invites Missourians to explore more than 1,100 miles of public trails across the state — including five hand-picked locations in the Missouri Ozarks.

National Trails Day, observed annually on the first Saturday in June, promotes outdoor recreation and appreciation for America’s trail systems. MDC trails offer opportunities for hiking, biking, wildlife viewing, and connecting with nature.
