COTTER, Ark. — The city of Cotter will be holding their “Christmas in Cotter” event on Saturday, December 21 at 5 pm at Big Spring Park.
The event will include pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus at the park gazebo, Christmas carols, refreshments, snacks, a bonfire and more.
