Thayer, MO. – The City of Thayer announced earlier this week that they’ve adopted a new program regarding the local feral cat poplation and success already taking place.
This program is called TNR, or Trap, Neuter, Return, where the creatures are taken in, spayed or neutered, and then returned to their local location.

The City goes on to state that as of May of this year, 18 cats have been processed with a partnership with Langley Animal Clinic and Steve Bowers.
