City of West Plains Recognizes May as Foster Care Month

In recognition of National Foster Care Month, Mayor Mike Topliff signed a proclamation honoring May as Foster Care Month in the City of West Plains. The proclamation highlights the critical role foster families, advocates, and support organizations play in the lives of children and youth in need.

Joining Mayor Topliff for the occasion were representatives from several local organizations dedicated to supporting foster care efforts, including the Children’s Advocacy Center, Juvenile Office, Children’s Division, CASA, and Chaos Closet.
