West Plains, MO. – The City of West Plains announced today they will be holding a community forum tomorrow at the Civic Center, to discuss improvements to the building and to establish what they call a “long-range master plan”.
The event is set to take place tomorrow night, November 29th, from 4pm to 6:30pm. If you have any ideas, comments, or suggestions, City officials ask you address them during the associated period.
