COVID-19 Update for Jan. 24, 2022: 139 New Cases in Howell County

Howell County Health Department reports an additional 139 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County (these numbers are for Friday and Saturday). Due to the high volume of COVID-19 cases identified within the county, the Health Department is temporarily putting breakthrough case numbers & percentage data on hold. When the agency has the ability to complete the investigations on the newly identified cases reporting will resume.
 
This brings the total number of cases to date to 8567. Of the new cases 86 live in West Plains, 23 live in Willow Springs, 11 lives in Mountain View, 9 live in Pomona, 3 live in Peace Valley, 2 live in Koshkonong, 1 lives in Caulfield, 1 lives in Moody, 1 lives in Bakersfield and 2 live in Cabool. There have been 28,589 tested to date.

This week, there have been 139new cases of COVID-19 reported in Howell County and two COVID-related deaths.
