Missouri Farm Bureau (MOFB) has announced Davin Althoff as its new Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), following a national search by the MOFB Board of Directors and President Garrett Hawkins. Althoff, who has served as Interim CAO since February 2025, officially steps into the role effective immediately.
Althoff joined MOFB in 2022 as Director of Marketing and Commodities and brings with him a diverse background in Missouri agriculture, including leadership roles with the Missouri Department of Agriculture, Missouri Department of Economic Development, and Missouri Beef Industry Council. His public service also includes time with the Missouri Senate and Department of Natural Resources.
Althoff began his career with MOFB in 1999 as an account clerk and has since remained deeply connected to the agricultural community. He and his family operate a diversified farm in Moniteau County, focusing on beef cattle and row crops. A graduate of Lincoln University, Althoff also holds an MBA from William Woods University. He and his wife Elizabeth live on their family farm with their four children.
Missouri Farm Bureau is the state’s largest general farm organization, with members in every county. For more information, visit MOFB’s website.
