Doniphan, MO. – The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested a man yesterday on Monday, May 12th due to an investigation involving the statutory rape of two individuals.
This investigation was started after witness testimony was gained, that stated that Thomas Dodd of Doniphan, Missouri, had engaged in abusive sexual acts with two minor individuals between 2004-2009.

Victims in this case additionally stated that Dodd is known to be physically violent, and feared for their safety after reporting these offenses.
The specific charges are two counts of 1st Degree Statutory Rape with a Person Less than 14 Years of Age, and two counts of 2nd Degree Statutory Rape.
Dodd was taken into custody and aways his first court hearing tomorrow, May 14th.
