WEST PLAINS, Mo. — There are several events taking place in West Plains this Saturday to start 2020.
City clerk Mallory Snodgras says some of those events are taking place at the Harlin Museum and in the East Towne Village:

City hall and other city offices are closed today for the New Year holiday. Regular hours will resume on Thursday.
