EZ Niles Recognized as Administrator of Baxter Health Fulton County Hospital

Baxter Health Fulton County Hospital has officially recognized EZ Niles as its Administrator, a leadership position he has held since March. Bringing over 22 years of experience in healthcare, Niles is being credited for strengthening operations, advancing innovation, and enhancing patient-focused care at the facility.

Since taking on the role, Niles has collaborated with hospital leadership and staff to improve internal systems, support clinical teams, and build stronger connections with the community. His background in healthcare operations and technology has been key to aligning the hospital’s services with Baxter Health’s mission.

Niles previously served as Executive Director of Information Technology, Pharmacy, and Materials Management at Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains, Missouri. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology Management from Missouri State University–West Plains.

“EZ has already made a positive and lasting impact at Fulton County Hospital,” said Anthony Reed, Vice President of Ancillary Services. “His leadership, experience, and dedication to innovation are helping us deliver compassionate care beyond measure.”

Outside of work, Niles is active in his community, spending time with family, coaching youth soccer, and supporting his sons’ travel baseball teams.
