Frigid Temperatures Expected Across Most of Area Tonight-Saturday, Early Morning Hours- Friday, March 27th & Saturday, March 28th

SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI- According to The National Weather Service; Temperatures will drop below freezing across most of the area during the early morning hours of Saturday Morning, March 28th. Some locations highlighted in the warning could experience temperatures in the upper 20’s for a few hours. Those who have crops & plants or have farms may experience impacts.

Temperatures will drop below freezing across a large portion of the area tonight. Some locations may drop down into the upper 20s for a few hours. This could cause impacts to those with vegetation/agricultural interests. Therefore a Freeze Warning is in effect tonight for areas highlighted on the map.
