Mark Sloan, President & CEO of Community First Banking Company has announced that Jon Hanshaw has been named Information Security Officer. Hanshaw has over 9 years of bank experience and has been with Community First since 2022. He is a graduate of West Plains High School and attended Missouri State University in West Plains. He is currently enrolled in the 2026 LEAD Program in West Plains and serves as Chairman of the bank’s Spirit Committee. Hanshaw enjoys spending time with his family and serving the Greater West Plains area.
