Hartville man charged for hidden camera crimes to return to court in May

Houston, MO. – A Hartville man charged for crimes committed with a hidden camera will head back to court in May. 

Patrick Pitcher has been charged with sexual exploitation of a minor child, possession of child pornography, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon – subsection 11, and invasion of privacy of a victim less than 18 years of age, all felonies.

He was arrested on January 12, 2023, after a hidden camera was discovered in Casey’s General Store East in Cabool on January 3rd. The probable cause statement stated that over 154 videos of people had been taken using that bathroom.

Pitcher will return to court on May 16th for a plea/trial setting. He is currently free on a $250,000 bond and has been permitted to have contact with his own minor children with adult supervision during this time.
