Ozarks Healthcare is launching a series of free Community Education Dinners in recognition of American Heart Month, aiming to raise awareness about heart disease and encourage residents to take charge of their heart health.
The first session will be held Tuesday, February 17, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Willard Hunter Classroom at 1211 Porter Wagoner Boulevard in West Plains. Dr. Muhammad Khan, a board‑certified interventional cardiologist, will lead the program, offering guidance on heart care, prevention, and reducing major risk factors such as high blood pressure and obesity—issues identified as significant needs in the organization’s Community Health Needs Assessment.
A free dinner will be provided, and reservations are required by calling 417‑257‑6735.
