The Howell County Health Department reports an additional 10 cases of COVID-19 have been identified (numbers include Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). This brings the year-to-date total number of cases to 3,330. Of the new cases; seven reside in West Plains, two live in Willow Springs, and one lives in Mountain View. There have been 17,947 tests administered in Howell County to date.
