West Plains, MO. – A deputy with the Howell County Sheriff’s Office was involved in a head-on crash Friday morning.
The deputy was headed south on State Route 76 near the US 63 on/off ramp in Willow Springs when a Ford truck in the turning lane collided with the deputy’s SUV.

Both drivers were taken by ambulance to Ozarks Healthcare for treatment. The extent of injuries is currently unknown at this time.
