The Howell Oregon Electric Co-Op has issued a peak alert effective at 2:00 p.m. through 7:00 p.m. today, Tuesday August 19th.
They ask members to alternate use of major appliances such as washers, dryers, dish washers, ovens and stoves.

If peak demand is met it could result in major costs for the Co-Op.
