John J. Pershing VA to Host Pneumonia Vaccination Clinics at its Facilities

The VA Poplar Bluff Health Care System will host a series of no‑cost pneumonia vaccination clinics throughout 2026, offering walk‑in access for eligible Veterans at all seven of its facilities in Missouri and Arkansas.

The Department of Veterans Affairs and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend routine pneumonia vaccination for adults 50 and older to reduce the risk of severe illness. Veterans under 50 who meet certain medical criteria may also qualify. Participants are asked to bring their VA health ID card.
