West Plains, MO. – The artic blast has arrived in the Ozarks, and many people this morning will be waking up to find their houses without power.
Howell Oregon Electric Cooperative announced this morning that 999 members within their their coverage area are without power. These areas are around West Plains and JJ Highway. While workers have been dispatched, this could take some time to be fixed.
