Koshkonong, MO. – Today, a man from Koshkonong, MO. was taken into custody as a result of an operation involving several agencies.
David J. Penn, 64 was arrested as a result of allegations that Penn had made threats against a Unitred States postal worker.

According to the Oregon County Sheriff’s Office, this arrest was the result of a multi-agency investigation between the Howell County Sheriff’s Office, Alton Police Department, Oregon County Sheriff’s Office, United States Postal Inspectors, and the Missouri Operation Relentless Pursuit Task Force.
Penn was taken to the Greene County Detention Center after this arrest.
