West Plains, MO. – Birthday Blessings, a local 501c3 nonprofit in the West Plains area that provides for foster children across a multi-county area, is currently seeing the last stretch of their annual Birthday Anniversary Fundraiser, and time to participate is quickly running out.
This yearly fundraiser involves taking donations from the public on a donor match system, and is done for the purpose of funding the groups activities over the next year. These activities include the procuring of all supplies used to provide aid to foster children of the Ozarks, whether that be in toys, fresh clothes, or other items.
This year, an anonymous organization stepped up to have a donor match up to $5,000. The goal of this year’s fundraiser is to reach $15,000, and as of the writing of this article, they have managed to make full benefit of the match and raise their overall raised value to $11,921. Despite the success, this still means the organization has yet to meet their goal. If you’d like to join in, time is running out, as donations will be accepted until the end of today!
